She has particular experience working with anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, psychotic-spectrum conditions, personality dynamics, relationship-related difficulties, stress management, career counseling, and childhood disorders.
Her training in therapeutic interventions is grounded in a comprehensive range of approaches, including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy, psychoanalytic and insight-oriented approaches, Client-Centered Therapy, Motivational Enhancement Therapy, Reality Therapy, behaviour modification techniques, group therapy, psychoeducation, and family and couple therapy.
