Counselling Psychologist & Special Educator ( 5years plus experience)

As a Counselling Psychologist and Special Educator I’m trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Client Centred Approach and Solution Focused Brief Therapy. My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, mood regulation, relationship and adjustment issues, self-esteem, and personal growth. My goal as a counselling psychologist is to empower my clients to become their own agents of change. Therefore, I use an integrative approach that draws on different therapeutic techniques to create a tailored treatment plan for each client.

My psychology degree and counselling training help me focus on an individual’s emotional state. It also helps assist in handling emotional challenges like anxiety, relationship problems, and stress. Focusing on evidence-based therapy, I try to help one with an effective therapeutic approach. It helps create self-awareness among individuals and fosters positivity.

Each session helps boost mental well-being and contributes to elevating personal growth in an individual. I offer an excellent supportive space to my clients, allowing them to explore their positive feelings and thoughts. The solution-oriented approach makes my session a comfortable discussion forum for my clients and helps them easily overcome the life hurdles under my guidance.
